That Smell Good LLCReviews of thatsmellgood.com

Wish I would’ve read the reviews before spending my money. Fortunately I purchased with a credit card so I was able to reverse the charges. Product never arrived.

You place an order with this company and it never arrives but they take your money immediately. I have been waiting on at least a response for a month now. I placed my order August 17. All I have in a response is a label has been created through USPS but it hasn’t left Richmond Virginia yet. I have emailed them directly on their site several times with no response. And now all of a sudden, the site is closed. This is the worst experience trying to purchase a product. Please do not waste your time or your money with these types of companies. They advertise Big on the social media platforms and they do not deliver. They are a scam.

I ordered a perfume on July 6th, my account was debited the same day. On July 14th I received an email saying she was behind and orders were taking longer than expected. I understand, life happens. On July 18th I received another email saying a shipping label was created. Since then no information. Tracking shows my package never left Richmond, VA. The owner won’t answer emails and won’t refund my money. Unfortunately, I used my debit card so I have no recourse. Do not order from this company.
