I recently purchased a power supply for my Sovol SV06 printer. I had a couple of questions about it and used the website chat function. I was pleasantly surprised to be answered instantly by a knowledgeable and friendly technician who answered my questions quickly and provided stellar support. I have since bought other items from this store. Their shipping is fast and their selection is high quality. Highly recommend!

TH3D's unified firmware is a breeze. It makes compiling Marlin so much easier. From a noobie's perspective, stock Marlin is incredibly daunting. I spent two weeks trying to get stock Marlin to work and was ready to give up (issues with chip swapping due to shortages gave me many headaches), but even with my weird clone chip, TH3D's unified firmware worked fully, and completely on the first try. It felt like magic. To get around future headaches, I'm upgrading to TH3D's EZboards since they guarantee genuine STM chips, and have excellent customer support.

I have relied on TH3D for about 3 years now. They just keep getting better and better. Customer Support is the best in the business. Tech Support is just as awesome. The products they make, brand, and sell are top-notch and they FULLY support them. I have not had any other company except Prusa do this. If you are looking to upgrade your 3D printer, or just your 3d skills, this is where you should start.

TH3D Studio has always been an excellent resource for 3d printing parts and firmware. I have never had any issues with their products and have been satisfied since I have purchased them. Their products are fairly priced and high quality and I will be sure to return to them when I need something else for my 3d printer.
