Disappointing!!
Disappointing!! Booked 3 treatments for myself and my daughter. Arrived 15 mins prior to my appointment time as advised and 25 mins after my appointment time ( 40 mins after the time advised to arrive) I was still standing outside a closed business.Upon entering I was told a staff member had called in sick and my treatments weren’t available so needed to be rescheduled for another day (after my holiday) no apology just that the only available staff member was pre booked. Very disappointing and a rubbish start to my my 20th wedding anniversary holiday celebration
