No reason of block provided, no initial deposit money returned, support does not answer, blocked me in their TG chat, everyone is quite. Also in sports betting if you are winning a little bit - instant limits to a couple cents. They create a false vision of free to speak chat, but if try to resolve real problem they will instantly block you. So if you ready to give away your money - welcome

The casino and sportsbook itself is fine, but the withdrawals are terrible. I've turned over nearly $100,000 and they are making me wait hours for a $178 withdrawal. Customer support isn't helpful, either.

What happened? They rejected every single document without real explanation, and kept repeating the same copy-paste responses: "Please upload another utility bill under your name..." Even after they explicitly told me it’s acceptable to submit a bill under my landlord’s name. They’re just wasting people’s time, rejecting documents no matter how accurate or official they are. This feels like intentional obstruction or even an excuse to avoid account verification. I’ve now documented everything — messages, screenshots, files — and will be filing complaints across multiple watchdog platforms. If you're considering using this casino, beware: You may never be able to withdraw your funds, no matter how many documents you provide.

Platform is okay but needs more payment options beyond crypto. Not everyone wants to deal with Bitcoin wallets.
