AVOID TG.CASINO – Retroactively Changed Bonus Terms After €120,000 Win I was a VIP and High Roller Level 10 player at TG.Casino for more than 2 years. During that time, I wagered extremely large amounts on the platform and maintained direct communication with my VIP manager on a regular basis. As they always said, we get tailored offers based on our play. Recently, my VIP manager manually credited a special bonus to my account together with my yearly rakeback. The terms attached to this bonus clearly stated that the only requirement was a 3x wagering requirement. There was absolutely NO mention of any maximum bet restriction. Based on those exact terms, I continued playing normally and eventually won €120,000. The next day, I submitted a withdrawal request. The withdrawal was accepted and already being processed. Then, around 6 hours AFTER the withdrawal had started, the original bonus conditions in the text to me were suddenly edited by the VIP manager. A brand-new condition was added retroactively: a €1,000 maximum bet limit that did not exist when I received or used the bonus. Only after withdrawal... Shortly after this change, the original chat messages and evidence inside the platform were deleted, and TG.Casino denied that any modification had ever taken place. Fortunately, I had already taken screenshots and saved logs proving the original terms and the exact timeline of events. TG.Casino then used this newly added rule to confiscate my winnings. To be absolutely clear: • The €1,000 max bet rule was NOT present when I played. • The rule was added ONLY AFTER I won and requested my withdrawal. • I have screenshots, timestamps, and chat logs proving the original bonus conditions. • My VIP manager explicitly confirmed that the bonus only carried a 3x wagering requirement. What makes this even worse is that multiple people inside the VIP environment acknowledged how wrong this situation was. Even the PitBoss and several other VIP players agreed that these terms should never have been changed retroactively and that the situation was handled very badly. Despite this, someone from higher management ultimately denied everything and decided to enforce the newly added condition anyway. This is not a misunderstanding. This is a retroactive modification of bonus terms after gameplay was completed and winnings were already generated. As a loyal VIP player for over 2 years, I never expected a casino to behave this way. No legitimate platform should be able to rewrite bonus conditions after a player wins and then use those altered terms to void winnings. If a casino can change terms AFTER a withdrawal request has already been submitted, then no player’s balance or winnings are truly safe. I am currently escalating this case through complaint platforms, regulators, and business partners associated with TG.Casino. Players should be extremely cautious when dealing with TG.Casino, especially regarding VIP bonuses, manual promotions, or custom offers. AVOID THEM.
