I'd previously used this company a number of times and had positive experiences, however, they mixed a recent order with someone else's and haven't replied to my requests for them to correct their error. Essentially, if they need to correct something they aren't interested. Really, really poor service. Edit: After some time this was resolved and I was resent the correct order.
