Great service, I’ve been a user for the past several years. The subscription is well worth it in my opinion. The site is easy to navigate and full of options. The staff seems nice as well which is a bonus. I’ve only had to reach out twice over the past several years but both interactions went well.

I use this every week on almost all my designs. Customer Service responds quickly! It seamlessly works with Canva, and when I need more customization, I easily use their website and design features to get exactly the look/vibe I need for my custom work.

Super greedy, it is just text images and I did not barely did not download anything and it said you reached your limit f@@ko! I hate it, and I don't want to use Adobe because that's is too expensive for me to use, I don't have that type of money!

excellent support and the feature-rich text creation

I am a Canva user and Text Studio has a limited bundle within the Canva App. In order to utilize the full catalog of cool stuff, you have to subscribe to Text Studio. I checked out their website and I thought to myself that I would definitely get my money's worth out of this annual subscription. I subscribed and then left it alone for an hour or so and came back to Canva to find that my subscription to Text Studio was not linked to my Canva account. So, I wrote to their help desk and figured that I would not get a reply for days or weeks. Actually, I received an email with some instructions in less than 2 hours. I did what the email said. And I don't even think 5 minutes went by when I received another email asking me to check to see if the accounts were linked. They were linked! That was fast service, and the app is pretty darned good too, I'll play with it for a bit more and see what other features there are and maybe in a month, I'll revisit this review and let everyone know what my experience has been. Definitely going to recommend to my friends and I'll be sure to shout them out on my livestream. If I could give them an additional star, I would.
