It may not be a scam, but is shady, be careful
It may not be a scam, but be careful! I went to the site and ordered a book for my college daughter. I even matched up the edition and the picture. When it was delivered, I realized it was the wrong book. I went back to the site to see what went wrong and realized they put a widget over the single difference between two books. I should have double checked at check out, but who would have thought they would be so shady? Just be careful using this site!

Dear Maam, We offered you a FREE exchange as well. Our terms clearly state we do not refund for customer mistakes as its very costly. The payment processor penalizes us heavily for refunds. We do offer refunds for genuine issues. I am sorry for the trouble, but a lot of people try to scam us, buying books, then claiming they made a mistake so we had to change this policy about an year ago Hope you understand.
