I purchased an LTD from from Deal Mirror on 17th Aug. On the same day itself when I tried to redeem the coupon code, it rejected and I was shocked to see such a response soon after my purchase...I wrote mails to Deal Mirror and they asked me to write to Texta directly...Sent 4 to 5 mails but no response...After around 8 days when I reattempted it was working...Subsequently I got a mail from Texta as below: "Sorry for the late reply. As we can see in our database, you have successfully redeemed your promo code and your account is in Lifetime deal mode. Regards, Support team" that the code is redeemed successfully and the account is Active.. Thereafter I used the tool for a few weeks.. Few weeks later when I got another client project and that this time I am shocked to see that I am only a FREE TRIAL USER and the dashboard is showing that I need to buy this tool again.. I got a response from their team member: Angelica Cudilla on Nov 8, 19:19 asking me to send my Promo Code... then I shared and thereafter send more than 8 mails - still my account is not active... There is no response even after sending mails...i lost that client project also.. I need to get my money refunded... Please DO NOT TRUST THIS and anyone buy this tool do at your own risk.. I don't recommend this tool and the support.. Since there is no Zero Stars, I put a single star

Avevo comprato un deal a vita, ma nonostante la sua poca precisione e gestione nella creazione di articoli in italiano avevo deciso di tenerlo. Da settimane hanno escluso la lingua italiana senza dare alcuna risposta alle numerose e-mail inviate. Assistenza pessima.

Ad oggi nessuno ha risposto alle decine di email inviate, ho pagato un abbonamento annuale che non funziona per niente e l'assistenza sembra essere svenuta, ho contattato Stripe per il rimborso perchè il servizio non funziona. NON ACQUISTATELO, tutte le recensioni positive che leggete sono state lasciate perchè regalano crediti! NON FIDATEVI.

Unfortunately, I can only review TEXTA.AI negatively for this offer on AppSumo. I tried it in August with a monthly subscription and it worked well. Encouraged by this, I then decided to purchase the app on AppSumo since there were no incompatibility constraints. Everything seemed okay at first, so much so that I also purchased the second tier for the language package. It's too bad that after a few days it started to fail, to me as well as to many other users, as you can read here and in the comments of many reviews on YouTube! Poor and repetitive content, poor output qualityIt also happened one day when I tried to write a long-form article on "wound care" and TEXTA.AI wrote about "market exchange"! Not the typical "derailment" that can be seen in all of these AI writing tools (I've tried a dozen of them in the last month!) when pushed to write long-form articles of 2000-3000 words.But it was a real mishmash of meaningless and completely off-topic content! Not to mention that a few days ago I got an email from TEXTA.AI in which they warned me that my monthly subscription would be renewed in a few days! But what? I had purchased the app on AppSumo and they are asking for more money without realising (I hope in good faith!) that I was an LTD user. I immediately informed AppSumo customer service, who could only admit how objective my inconvenience was. I immediately requested a refund of the 2 tiers. And shall we also mention the fact that TEXTA.AI's customer service is dead? Go look at the responses on AppSumo—are there any? I have written several times to them directly using the app's internal chat, but have never received a response. I consider this to be the worst thing a customer service company that calls itself out can do! Ever!

Banned and Deleted any criticism. Constantly deletes comments and questions on the facebook group and bans people who disagree with them. I would not trust them. Their app has had its issues and while they are working on improving it, they do not tolerate anyone who isn't expressing 100% positive reviews. Edit: Based on your reply, Will you restore the negative options on Facebook then. Or why were those removed as well?
