I'm making a favorable comment to be entitled to the update, detail, my purchase is out of date and practically nothing works, so far no response. All of this is regrettable, I am a frequent buyer, but this discourages me, it seems dishonest to me.

I recently purchased the lifetime version of texta.ai, and while I appreciate its features, I am disappointed with a couple of issues. Firstly, the account settings page consistently displays incorrect information for me, showing undefined NaN, NaN in all fields. This makes it quite frustrating to manage my account and update any necessary details. Moreover, I was expecting a new and updated user interface with the lifetime version, but unfortunately, it still resembles the old version. I recently had a disappointing experience with Texta.ai and I cannot recommend purchasing their product. Despite having a lifetime version of the product, I encountered an issue and reached out to their customer support for assistance. Unfortunately, their customer support was extremely poor. They failed to respond to my queries and did not provide any help in solving my problem. P.S. I still waiting to respond since few months ago, even if they will respond after this review the customer support is on efficient and only excuses. As someone who relies on efficient customer support, this was a major letdown.

The tool is easy to use, at least for content production, but it seems to pick just a few words out of the prompt, and it generates an article which is quite banal. The bland genericity of the generated article doesn't bother me, since I am more interested in using the tool as a starting point, but what does bother me is that the article has very little to do with the topic I want to write about. So, I have not had much motivation to work with the tool. The software is being updated to use GPT-4, so perhaps it will have improved. Unfortunately, in order to gain access to the update, the provider requires submission of reviews on multiple sites, in apparent contravention of their original terms of sale.

Very bad, lifetime license not usable. Scam

Hi Texta Team We had a lifetime deal on texta.ai, but they removed it. It's too bad. Now we can no longer use it.

I tried this service for free and liked the blog post they generated. So, I paid $10 for a monthly plan. But once I paid, the quality of texts became so bad that I could not even use them. I emailed the company asking to cancel my subscription or do something about the quality of services. But, they ignored my email, and today charged me $25. Awful texts, awful experience. Zero respect to customers.

Not recommended to buy this tool I if need any support after the purchase then I suggest you don't buy this tool. Because to get your solution you need to wait a minimum of 1/2 month. I think Taxta.ai team is not capable to provide support or they don't care about their customer.
