Texon DigitalReviews of texondigital.com

We had a great experience working with Texon Digital on our packaging boxes. The design came out exactly how we envisioned — clean, professional, and high quality. Communication throughout the process was excellent, and they were very responsive to feedback and revisions. The final product not only looks amazing but also represents our brand perfectly. Highly recommend and would absolutely work with them again in the future.

Update: This is a case study in how to properly manage a poor review. The owner of Texon Digital reached out to me directly, heard my story, confirmed that it was very much NOT how Texon operates nor how his crew is instructed to operate. He handled my graphics request personally, and immediately, and assured me that internal re-training was going to occur to make sure nobody else gets this hard sell again. I am impressed. I very much recommend this company. (Original post for context). Hard sell, upsell attempts. Upon hitting a firewall with payment, I had to maneuver security on my end And so asked for them to hold the project and to allow me time to resolve the security issue. Within 2 hours after this, with the issue not resolved, I received 4 texts from the sales person. I responded that I was in a meeting, (I was). Then 2 more texts asking if I was done the meeting yet, then 2 more calls from a suspiciously different U.S. state than the original - but it was the same salesperson. I also got a new pay link from their "finance department" twice. Highly suspicious and heavy handed for a simple $200 graphics job. As someone who was a victim of a significant identity theft, I'd suggest steering clear.
