Worst customer service ever no refund received till date even after multiple correspondence, long wait on ETA

My order number is 255833, made payment and order is placed on 15th of January 26, didn’t receive and not able to contact at customer care. Repeatedly sent emails but no response

they tell some few days and it took 2 weeks plus for me to get the med

Too slow in shipping I have not received my product.

I have placed an order T2485, which till today I haven't received. I have sent emails for inquiry, but received no response. I then tried contacting them via the app and sent a few texts, still no reply. Eventually, I had someone answering my whatsapp call and she told me that they would get back to me in 2 working days, until now, no response to my text messages. I am extremely disappointed and would like to have the 171 euros I spent transferred into my account asap.

I've never received the package as it was turned back at customs. Nobody contacted me back after my email and i was never reimbursed for my order.

I ordered product on July 31st, still so far they did not delivered and not provided status of the order till August 22nd, Still waiting for the product
