Bret and his team made my home selling and buying process as smooth as it could go. He was able to sell our house for above asking price and procure significant reductions on the home we ended up purchasing. He was responsive, helpful, experienced, and professional.

Bret was amazing! He guided us through the process, checked in weekly to see how we were doing, and gave us comprehensive updates. I cannot recommend highly enough.

Responsive and knowledgeable. 10/10 experience, will work with again.

My wife and I used Brett back in 2019 to buy our first home. Now that we’ve become a family of four we just used him again to sell that home and buy a new one. Brett makes everything extremely easy and is very personable. We will never use another realtor, overall perfect experience.

My husband and I were relocating out of state and needed to sell our home in Flower Mound. We wanted an experienced real estate agent who truly understood the local market. After extensive research, we chose the outstanding team of Bret and Molly Chance at Texas Home Life Realty. From our very first meeting with Bret to the day we closed, their service was exceptional. They are highly professional, deeply knowledgeable, and created a strategic marketing plan that resulted in our home selling over asking price in just 4 days! They kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions promptly, and handled every detail with seamless efficiency. We couldn’t have asked for a smoother or more successful transaction. Thank you, Bret and Molly!
