Electricity Plans are Complicated!
I found your site very helpful but one really has to dig to find a plan that is geared to actual usage. I don't think people understand that many plans are geared for those who use 1000kwh or more of energy every month. If you fall somewhere below that most of the tiered and discounted offers don't actually work in your favor.
