I ordered three 5 packs of slant cartridges 1mil on 1/1/2020 received on 1/4/2020. Order # 65257 On 1/5/2020 I notified them on their website contact link that one was defective, on 5 different brands/models of batteries cartridge would not work. On all batteries the power light blinked as if battery was in need of a charge (all were fully charged), this destroyed a Dabix Labs Stinger Vaporizer. Stinger has a Red light while charging and a Blue light while drawing on a cartridge, now while charging both blue and red lights are on making the light purple and when taken off charge blue light stays on continuously and does NOT work/vape until total discharge. As of 1/15/2020 they have STILL NOT RESPONDED. BE WARNED. 02-23-20 STILL NO response at all from this company.

I purchased one battery from them to keep in stock never worked its been 10 months no reply

I have rated the Ghost Globe Attachment that Tetrameds sold me 3 times since it quit working. They have not posted the review. This product quit working after 2 uses and I feel that if they cared about customer service they would at least post my review to their website. I do not think I will ever purchase from this company again. If you do not show bad reviews then you are not looking out for your customers best interest, you are looking out for your bottom line. If the review would have been posted I would not feel this way. I doubt this review will be posted but hey somebody must be reading my reviews.

I ordered 2 pen style batteries. Both arrived promptly but neither worked. Company was notified but as yet I have reveived no instructions as to how to get my money back

I did one already but you must not like it like I said my mod does not work you should send me another send me one that works I called,Gavin told me to keep trying what else can I do if this was my company I would have so much for TETRAMEDS

I still have not received my order. The website said it would be here Dec 5th and I still do not have it.

terrible customer service. You tell them what the problem is, and then they ask you what the problem is like you never said anything.
