Broken promise
They phone you to encourage sending more strips, sometimes offering a bonus. They reached out to me and offered a $10 bonus. Check came and it was $5 extra. No longer sending anything to them. Not worth the hassle.

the return postage was expired and the USPS had the package in limbo, after a few emails back and forth you guys fixed the issue and i got paid
