Hi Denise, I wanted to follow up in regards to your review as your payment was issued the same day we have received your order and it looks like your payment had gone through to your PayPal account. We originally saw that your payment was showing as unclaimed (this happens usually when we have the wrong PayPal account or if there is some sort of error with the receiving PayPal account) We immediately notified you trying to make sure we had the correct account and to make sure that you could receive your funds immediately. On top of this your payment had ended up showing as completed in your PayPal account by that next day. I don't believe this review accurately reflects the transaction you have had with our company as we have gone above and beyond for this transaction to make sure you were paid promptly and accurately.

Hi Shane, We apologize if you thought your check took longer than expected to arrive at your location. I have gone ahead and looked into this and it looks like we received your order on 8/5 and shipped out your check on 8/5. From here your check was delivered to your location on 8/9. Which falls in the allotted 3-5 days we say for your kit or check to arrive to your location once we ship it out to you.
