Hi Sharon! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your one box was dated 8/2020, and for that box you were paid 50% less. In order to receive the full payout your box would have needed to be dated 11/2020 and LATER. Also, 3 of your boxes were dated 6/2020, and for those we could not issue you a payout. In order to receive a 50% less payout your boxes must be dated between 8/2020-10/2020. You were paid in full for your other items. You can find our policy listed on our website.
