Good service, fairly speedy but I dislike the fact that they send your check in with a new box. My mailbox does not support packages so I have to go to post office to retrieve them. I work the overnight shift and that does not work well with my post office hours of operations.

I have used this company a few times and it just gets worse each time. Last month they send payment to wrong PayPal account twice before finally getting it right. This month shipment shows by tracking number was received on sat at 825am. Called yesterday to find out about payment and was told I would receive payment by end of day. End of day came still not payment so I email customer support they told me within 24hrs. 24hrs comes and goes still no payment. So I called them once again and now they tell me that now it is going to be 3 days 72hrs before a payment. Worst company ever.

We received your kit over a weekend, which we are closed on the weekends and explains why you were paid a couple days later, which would have been a Monday.
