Bad service and wrong information provide. Before they provide good service but last year and this year they are not providing me correct amount of my test strips price.. last time the forgot to me me credit for $20.00 they says next time we will give then again they forgot to me give me rep. says I write note in your profile you will defiantly get $20.00 credit next time. This time they gave me very low price for one touch test strips and one touch vario test strips. What I have list it was saying on the list $30 for 100 strips box and for contour next 50 strips for $10. I send 6 one touch strips, 4 contour next strips, 6 one touch lancets and $ 4 bounce based on your price list I supposed to get $240. But you guys send me only $105 and now not replying anymore on my message in phone. Rep says now price down if price why didn't you send correct price list inside the box. Thats your fault you send list wrong and instead of apologize you are not responding to my message. not providing me correct info. If anything change or update you suppose to tell customer and send them list when they order kit from you. its not accepting sending wrong info. and don't even reply. Such a worst service and liar and fraud company.
