Hi Audra! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your boxes were MAIL ORDER and not RETAIL ORDER boxes. There is a price difference and also the test strip boxes look slightly different as well. The Mail Order boxes have a yellow stripe on the bottom front of the box. For Mail Order we pay $8 per box x 4 units = $32. We also applied $4 for your lancets, $10 first time customer bonus and a $5 box bonus to your payout. Hi Anthony! Sorry to hear you were disappointed with your payout. I reviewed your order and all your items were paid in full except your one box of AccuChek Guide 50 count. The box did have a broken manufacturer seal and for that reason we could not issue you a payout on that box only.
