This company is a scam
Your company lied about the payout amount. I submitted 5 boxes of 50 count strips and I should have been paid $10 per box per your website. Unfortunately once you received my package your company only paid me $5 for four of the 5 boxes submitted. After I recieved my check for $45 I called your customer service to enquire as to why my check was short $15 I was told that 4 of my didn't qualify for the $10 payout. That was unprofessional and unfair for your company not to notify me before sending me a check I did'nt appreciate it and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

Hi Stacey! I reviewed your order and the reason you were paid less for the 4 boxes was because they were Mail Order (DME) version, not Retail Order version. The price you saw on our website was for the Retail Version. When customers send in their items, we assume they have checked our website and read over our policy and products as well. Hi Julia! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because your one box of Aviva 50 count had a ripped open manufacturer seal. For that reason, we could not issue you a payout on that box. Boxes must be manufactured sealed with no damage in order to receive a full payout.
