Unusable shipping kit just arrive
The shipping kit just arrived yesterday 10 days after I requested, though that may be as much the USPS as you. We are sending you 5 10 packs of Omnipod insulin pods. The shipping box you sent was not big enough for even 1 10 pack of Omnipod pods. I purchased a box at Walmart and dropped it at the Post Office today. If I would have had the option of printing my own shipping label I might have the money my now. David DeTar 309-706-8133

I sent my package out on December…
I sent my package out on December 12,2020 and it is now December 22,2020 and haven't received it heard anything yet about the package very dissatisfied with the company

Hi Donovan! The post office has been extremely delayed this past month due to the Holidays and the shortage of employees due to Covid. Your kit took longer than expected to arrive to us, but when it did, we issued payment by the next business day as we promised. I see your payment posted yesterday to your PayPal account.
