Hi Cynthia! I reviewed your order and the reason for the lesser payout was because 4 of your boxes were expired - 7/2021 and your other two boxes were short dated - 1/2022. Our policy does states boxes must be dated 3/2022 and LATER to receive the full payout OR range from 12/2021-2/2022 to receive a discounted payout.
