The people are friendly but I think you could pay a little bit more for the test strips especially in this day and age when people are having a rough time

The in-office service is great. The prices paid are great. I would have given 5 stars but between the time to receive the mailing label, 8-days in transit time after I mailed the package, and 5 days to receive the check was a bit inconvenient. E-mailing the shipping label would help the process. Thanks, Don

Hi Don! Thank you for your review! Usually packages do not take 8 days. However, at times this may happen. We can email you a free return label anytime! Just email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist you! Thank you!

NOT HAPPY WITH FIRST CHECK.
Response from Test Strip BuyersAug 6, 2021
Hi Sally! We are sorry to hear about that. We would like to explain why you were paid less. We did receive test strips that were out of their packing. We only received the vials. Unfortunately, we cannot accept these for safety reasons. Also, no companies will purchase test strips if they are not in their original packaging and sealed. We will be emailing you as well to make sure we answer any questions you may have. Thank you!

When I first started with your company, I was getting $50 per 100. Now I'm getting $25. Why is that?

I have used this Company several times without any problems. But I did have a small problem with my last order. So I called Effie at Customer Service who promptly and efficiently handled the problem and fixed the matter expeditiously. I would definitely recommend this Company for their prompt and courteous service.
