Make sure you call to get your payment!
I was called numerous times asking me to send my test strips in and after two weeks of waiting for the payment, I called to inquire where the payment was via voicemail. Not even two hours later payment was sent to me. I wonder had I not called, how much longer I would have waited.

Hi Angela. Your order was received on August 7th, which is a Saturday. We are closed on the weekends. Your order was reviewed on Monday and payment was posted to your account on a timely manner. According to your tracking information, you mailed out your package on July 30th. The USPS took longer than expected to delivery it to us. This was a shipping issue and not an issue on our part. We will be emailing you as well to make a sure we clarify what happened. Thank you for your business and support!
