I was only paid $17.00 for a box of Lancets and Strips. That seems pretty low price. Can I get your reasoning for it?

The reason for the rating is that I got…Not as sent
The reason for the rating is that I got 2 different emails regarding a $15 bonus and I didn't receive it. When I called he said it was only for new customers it didn't state that.

Happy not happy.
They are quick and efficient however. I send in boxes and was told one was damaged but it wasn't damaged when I sent it. I wish a picture of the damaged box was sent to me as proof. I was paid fully for the box but am.pretty sure they are getting the full amount when they sell it.

Hi Linda. I reviewed your order and I was able to retrieve camera footage of when your kit was checked in to confirm any damage. It was confirmed the one box was peeled/damaged. We have emailed you the photo of your box for your reference. We also circled which box was damaged. In order to receive the full payout boxes must be in perfect condition.
