Hi Jeanette. I reviewed your order and yes, the one box was damaged where the RX label was removed. Unfortunately, we have to deduct 50% less for damaged boxes. They are priced 50% less when resold due to the damage. We prefer you leave the RX labels on. We have a great team that can safely remove and dispose of the labels for you without causing damage to the boxes. Your other box was perfect and you were paid in full for it. Hello Ramona. We received your kit on December 13th and your check was shipped the same day. From there, it's in the USPS control on the shipping times. They have been slow due to the Holiday's. Packages may take more than 3 days to arrive.

Hello Sarah. We emailed you a photo of your damaged boxes that were damaged near the seal. Unfortunately, for that reason we had to deduct 50% less each box. Boxes need to be in perfect condition in order to receive the full payout. We like the boxes to be perfect this way it benefits both of us. Damaged boxes are priced less on the market. Other companies will also pay less for these boxes. As you can see in the photo we emailed you, the 5 boxes were damaged on the seal. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
