I was shorted money on my test strips…
I was shorted money on my test strips order. I kept a copy of the mailer and a copy, pictures, of my boxes. I sent an e-mail to your company and you never responded. I guess I need to go elsewhere.

Great company to do business with
Great company to do business with Just wish the prices paidout were More consistent. Every box I have ever sent is pristine and well within the date guidelines.

Thank you Steve for your review. We do have a policy in place. Please always make sure boxes are manufactured sealed, have no damage or tears due to removal of RX label and they must follow our minimum expiration date allowed. Thank you!

I won't use your services again
I won't use your services again. I only got 37.00 for 1 box of lancets and 2 boxes of strips.

Was told one box was damaged and never received back the damage box

Hi Reza. I reviewed your order and your box was not sealed. Unfortunately, we cannot return unacceptable items. We have a policy in place to avoid doing customer returns. We will be emailing you a photo of your box to show proof it was not sealed. Thank you!
