Hi Pamela. I reviewed your order and your $15 bonus was added to your order. We did not apply the $3 test strip bonus because you are a first time customer, you received the higher bonus of $15! We cannot combine bonuses. However, on your next order you will receive a test strip bonus if you send more than 200 total testing strips combined! We will be emailing you as well to make sure you received this message. Thank you!

Hi Angela. I reviewed your order and we only received 100 testing strips, not 200. Therefore, you did not qualify for the bonus. The other 6 boxes of testing strips we received were all expired. Unfortunately, we cannot accept expired testing strips. No other company will accept these either. We will be emailing you as well to make sure you receive this message. Thank you!

Hi Richard. Any information regarding how payouts are issued, etc. is listed on our website. We apologize you were not aware that your check arrived inside another free kit. We put checks inside the next kit, this way our customers always have another kit on hand for their next order. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us. We will be happy to assist you!
