It’s causes quite a bit of nausea
It’s causes quite a bit of nausea. I cut down to one per day with a little relief. At this dose I don’t think the supplement will be effective.

Gave you two because I’ve only been on…
Gave you two because I’ve only been on the bottle for a couple weeks and I haven’t noticed anything or felt anything so far so right now I’m up in a year cause I’m thinking of returning every bottle back if I don’t see results within another week or at least feel something which I don’t.

I haven’t been taking it long enough to see whether it works. If past experience with other supplements is any indication, I wanted my money.

Good Product
Well thought out DIM Supplement with all the healthy vegetables tha t you need in a pill or powder form. Not for women. DIM is an estrogen suppressor - Aromatase Inhibitor. Can be used by athletes and bodybuilders in Post Cycle but this is not a Stand Alone PCT and should not be used as one-not powerful enough.
