My alleged father and I live in separate states, they mailed us both kits and we sent them back. Unfortunately a bad snow storm hit, and mine got lost in the mail. I called them after a week and they rushed me a new test. Luckily FedEx found my package so we didn’t have to wait. We received a call with the results 3 days after mine arrived. They were very kind and supportive throughout.

This company was very professional. The DNA test I requested was not a standard test. I received a phone call to clarify what I needed. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable.
