The set up was super easy. I called and the very gentleman was very nice and explained everything clearly and answered all my questions without faltering. The dostance was over an hour away to the testing site which isn't bad considering I live in a small town. When we showed up at the testing site everything went smoothly and had zero issues. I was called within 2 days saying she had my results but since I was unable to confirm my credit card number she gave me the number I could call her back at. After She hung up and I went to look for my card I received a copy of the results and notarized documents immediately in my email which was extremely helpful. About 8 days later I received the documents and originals in the mail in a plain envelope with my address hand written on it showing that they take their time. The entire process made a difficult situation very easy.

Quick and accurate

This was the second time we've used Test Me DNA. That are amazingly accurate and fast results, just 3 days!!

At the age of 51 I found out something that lead me to believe that my father was not who I thought he was. However before we were able to meet each other and do a DNA test he died suddenly of a heart attack. I contacted Test Me DNA and they let me know that I could test against one or more of his siblings. They were helpful in explaining how the test worked. I received my test promptly and the results much faster than I ever expected. They were kind enough to make a phone call to deliver the results via phone as well as send me an email copy of the results. I would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
