Obviously this can be a very sensitive subject and time for people, but everyone that I spoke to at the company was very informative and very helpful. I mailed my package on a Sunday, they received it on Tuesday and were calling me on Thursday afternoon with my results, so they were very prompt and very professional when calling to give me my results. I really appreciate all of the information that they provided to me and the fact that they offered to help me with any further tests that I would like to run in the future.
