Quick results
I believe the results were accurate. We received them quickly. The only thing that really made us concerned were all of the typos on the paper with the instructions. Made us feel it was possibly not legitimate.

Thank you for your feedback Stephanie. Our informational sheet that we include with our kits is a word document. When we get feedback from our clients, we make adjustments to make things more clear. At one point adjustments were made and somehow the spaces between some of the wording was not there. The typos were noticed after over 500 kits were put together and were distributed to several of our offices. We tried to get them switched out of the kits that were still in our main headquarters. It seems a few were missed. We can ensure that the testing provided was a very accurate test for you. We do all of our testing with Laboratory Corporation of America. They are an accredited lab and very well know throughout the United States.

Not bad...
The flexibility and options of the company were excellent as well as the pricing. Only wish they had a few more centers in key areas. Overall good experience though.

I just hope that the Grandparent DNA
I just hope that the Grandparent DNA test is accurate and valid. My family is forever changed due to these results. Based on the test if the baby is not our grandson, then how can he be my son child. My son father is his father, there is no dispute there. We wanted to know, so now we have to live with the results, in which we are fine with but my son feels that the test is not right.

I was pleased with their service.
I really liked how they had locations everywhere and especially one very close to me. I was extremely happy with how fast I received the results.

Easy and affordable
Home kit was easy and simple as 123. However, I didn't like the fact that after your done swapping you are to place the qtips provided, in an envelope. I thought it would be moreso of a plastic zip lock type of thing. Reason be, bc after the swabs were done on a child (more saliva than an adult) it seeped through the envelope, causing the envelope to rip a bit bc the qtip was wet. Now I know Dna testing is not about saliva but this was a small sleeping child. I'm not a Dr. nor am I a Scientists to know if that plays a roll in results but it made me a bit uncomfortable. Regardless, I received an email with the results which "shows" similarities in Dna, I guess, as I said, I am not of any medical profession to know what any of the numbers meant. All I know is I didn't get the answer I was hoping for. Overall, customer service is great and are ready to answer any and all of your questions, response time was acceptable 3 business days, and your also provided with a tracking number to track your package once you seal and drop of at FedEx in your provided paid for overnight bag. Will recommend again.
