This service was great
This service was great, no wait, clean, I felt safe from Covid, only hesitation is there seems no way to consolidate my results from those of other doctors so I can graph them and do any manipulation of the data.

Quick and friendly
Quick and easy to order lab online. Service was quick at the lab once those of us with appointments were let in. A quick temperature check, then check-in on tablets, and was called within a few minutes for my test. Staff was friendly and helpful. I would go back. Would have given a 5 except for the bruise where blood was drawn. I usually get small ones when getting blood drawn but this one is a bit larger than before. Results also came quickly and was satisfied.

Good process but painful/bruising blood draw
The website experience to order tests was clear and well laid out. The pricing was fair too at Quest diagnostics. My problem was the painful experience of the blood draw needle poke. The injection/poke site is very bruised and dark (clotting under skin) 5 days after the event. This has never happened to me before in any of other blood draws. I got the results in 24 hours and that was great. Just the lab itself was painful.

Great Service, lab needs more info
The service was great and easy. However at the lab, the nurse needed me to email to her the requisition to perform the test. If you could increase the level of communication between HTC and the testing centers it would be a seamless interaction for the customer.

Great service to order your own test. My only issue is that the lab results sidnt show up to my labcorp portal and only issue via health testing centers. But ither than that it was very easy.
