Thought the staff were pretty unhelpful and surly - didn’t make it a great experience at all

They make it impossible to get test results.

I ordered a cortisol test kit with 4 vials to check cortisol levels at different times of the day. Only 1 number was received as a test result, instead of 4.

i like going to this lab/location so I can walk in and walk out usually plus the staff is nice. rate a one because the lady who drew my blood had no clue what she was doing. went way to deep through my vein and when switching blood collection tubes she had no clue how to hold it right and kept moving the needle in my arm. have a massive bruise over a week later and now ill never go back. if your sticking people you should really know what your doing.

The service was great. But I had to wait 1 hour past my appointment time. The time management is just not good. But other wise friendly staff.

It’s expensive and not worth it they don’t take insurance I paid $200 and since it’s online some of my proscriptions couldn’t not be given to me since the doctor was not talking to me face to face, so I had to go see another doctor to get proscribed NOT WORTH IT. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME
