Only wish there were better pkg deals.

A great option for those who want to check their labs without a dr (if purchased online) . The only bad thing i would say is that all labs should be in the morning but their appointment system works and keeps the work organized. I would use them again if needed

It was great I just hated that my appointment started 40 minutes late when I checked in on time, they were quick and really nice I just was running on a schedule I had to be back at work but very nice place the nurses were quick and kind.

The service is fine and their prices competitive. Their turnaround time was pretty quick (which probably depends on which test(s) you are having done. The big problem is shipping......which really isn’t their problem. But the USPS can be soooo slow these days. I would have liked an email saying they received my kit. I was about ready to contact them, but that day received the test results via email.

Had an appointment booked a week in advance for 1230pm. Didn’t get in until 105pm?! Once in it only took 4 minutes for my test and the device was good.

The good thing is the results come back surprisingly quickly. Their web-site is easy to navigate too. The not so good thing is that the location you have to visit to give the sample is often hard to find. They give an address, but these are tiny testing clinics, with maybe 150 square feet rented out from some other business. So it is hard to find. When I called to get help, they did call me back, but a half hour later. By that time, I missed my appointment. If they could give a more practical set of directions instead of just a street address in a mall, then they would rate five stars.

Health Testing Centers system was very good and easy to use. the Lab test went well and results were received quickly. Only issue was a one hour wait to get the test because the lab was delayed. That part could have been better
