Nice to see discounts for repeat testing!

This is a great way to save money on routine lab tests that a doctor orders. I would like to see an easier website to navigate. The purchase was easy but there is so much information that unless you have the exact test that your doctor wants, it becomes a guessing game. My test had 5 or 6 versions of the same test. I was funny that the hospital that originally did lab work sent the samples to the same place I went to and it was about 80% savings. I like saving money. I'm not sure if my insurance company with reimburse my expenses to save them money.

Labcorp check-in was easy. The waiting room was clean and the personal were polite, didn't seem to be doing their work under pressure or rushing to get to the next patient. I would definitely use them for labs in the future. I wish they offered a larger discount for cash patients which is the only reason for four stars instead of five.

A very simple and expedient process..maybe a little spendy but the results came rapidly…

I had a good experience although I was required to wear a mask which I thought that the President said several weeks ago that we didn't need anymore. I comply with what I required to do but I resent having to still wear one while illegals are being spread all across the country spreading God knows what. It is WE, the American people that are having to do this and do that, what happened to Freedom to choose in this country? Thank you for reading this, I know that it's not your fault. I'm just frustrated like so many other Americans.

Great pricing compared to Quest and Labcorp directly but fairly slow to get results by comparison.

Great overall, although your follow-up calls are almost always made by someone whose English/accent is poor.

Everything went well for the most part, just one little suggestion: when calling out the next patient's name don't do it behind a closed door, those of us who are elderly and hearing-impaired can't always understand what they're saying. Other than that everything was clean, efficient and friendly.
