The test was process was fast and confidential.I was under the assumption that after getting my test results that a physician would prescribe me the proper medication for my problem instead I was told by the person that made the first phone call to me that there was no need for me to talk to a physician and no one could prescribe me any medication even though I told her I had no physical at the time.I was under the assumption that the process was going to be private after the $189.00 but know I have to get tested again and pay more money in order to get the medication had I known could have used that money to get treated.Not blaming anyone for the problem I caused myself just saying. Thanks

So basically the lady poked hard to withdraw blood. A day late, I got bruises

Labs were not completed in the 2-3 day timeframe, as advertised.

There was no one at the receptionist desk the entire time I was there. I did the self-check in, which put my name up on the screen. After two minutes my name disappeared, I still had not been called, & no one knew anything. Basically no one could answer any question at all, except where I was supposed to sit. The lab technician was very nice and put me at ease during the blood draw. Nobody knew anything about HIPA, or how I get my results.

I would have given them a 5 star rating however after being told they sent my test results to my primary care physician several times he never received them. This failure happened several times.

Testing experience is great. But, I am unable to view test results online and there appears no way to talk to an actual person. Otherwise I would give it 5 stars.
