Everyone was very helpful and polite
Everyone was very helpful and polite. The lab technician did an awesome job! One stick was all that was needed and no bruising occurred.

Quick appointment, quick results
Quick appointment. Only waited a few minutes and was out of the office in less than 15 minutes. Very professional and the blood draw didn’t hurt at all. Had my results mid day the next day, which was a Saturday.

Good facility; decent staff.
A bit of a wait when I got there (I was there at lunchtime, so partly my fault). Electronic check-in took a bit to figure out (I'm 72) ... They took me in order of when I came in and the phlebotomist did a great draw (couldn't feel it) and I was out the door. Good facility; decent staff.

Scheduling and the office visit were a…
Scheduling and the office visit were a breeze, with the only slight issue being that I wished at least one lab in Salt Lake City could have taken the blood and urine samples much later than 4:30 p.m. On a road trip, I had been fasting for several days and was not arriving in SLC until after 5:00. I was eager for dinner that evening but had to weight until the first available time slot at 8:30 the next morning, even though the lab opened at 7:00 a.m.

The service is very fast
The service is very fast. I came there 2 times. First time for great, but the second time the lady bruised my arm beyond belief. I mean, u r a nurse, u went to school for that. Besides her, everything is great
