I purchased the expensive men's comprehensive test for ~ $2000. It has been 2 weeks since my blood draw and I do not have most of the results yet - only 35% of the tests I paid for have been returned. The requisitions were split into 2 requisitions. The testing center seemed confused and was unaware that I had pre-paid. Also, the testing center did not collect a urine sample so the related tests will not be completed. My experience has been quite bad. Based on the % of good reviews I think I have just been unlucky but either way, my confidence in this process and the test results is not very high. I'll look for better solutions in the future. These types of tests are too important.

After spending 56 minutes in line (I had an appointment, but that didn't seem to matter), They couldn't help me. Only then did they say I had to go somewhere else to get my Antigen test. FYI, the other place only took 4 minutes total. Very impressive.

Took 2 weeks instead of 24hrs for results.

From start to finish it took right under a month to get results. That's a very long time when you are uncertain whether you have an std or an infection.

Didn't do a good job of taking blood bad bruise

A test that was advertised to return in 5-7 business days took almost double the time to be returned to me.

Sending the lab results without explanation of the test performed and what the results mean. Why would you do that?

The gal that drew my blood had a radio playing too loudly in her office. it was very annoying, especially at 8am. when she drew blood it hurt enough that i involuntarily and audibly said "ouch". this gal didn't even apologize. i have blood drawn once or twice per year, every year, and normally a blood draw does not hurt when having it drawn at other centers.
