DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. This company is a total scam. I ordered a home test kit and sent it out, and it took FOREVER to get to the lab. And I STILL haven’t got my results yet. I constantly email these people like every other day. And they always say oh it’s not ready yet , etc I’m convinced that this isn’t even a real company, just a place to scam you out of $99. I will NEVER use this site again. People save your money and just go to a real doctor and get tested or a real lab like Quest or labcorp, atleast you get your results the next day unlike this place. This company is ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS. UNPROFESSIONAL, GHETTO, and should be shut DOWN. Because they are are literally playing with people’s LIVES here. Nobody has time to wait FOREVER for the results of a potentially threatening illness. How inconsiderate can you be? This should be illegal what their doing. AGAIN DO NOT USE THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY!!!!! UPDATE: They literally just emailed me now and said my sample is not viable anymore. What a waste of time and money. NEVER AGAIN. I don’t care WHAT you’re rated. Your company is terrible.

My test was done incorrectly

I wish I knew the name of the woman that took my call. She was a piece of work, had zero social skills, poor communication and honestly I don’t know where this company finds their employees. I had an issue with my sample but the woman couldn’t be bothered with my questions, constantly interrupting me mid word, condescending and rude. I also spoke with Shonika, she also was terrible. There was one woman that did help me and was amazing, I wish I knew her name cause she deserves acknowledgment. Don’t use this lab, it’s terrible. I rather pay more for Great Plains than give them one cent.

It said 1 or 2 days and it’s been 3 and I haven’t got my results yet. Better go to QuestDiagnostics results are next day for sure

Don't use their mail order service if you want to get your results back anytime soon. Mailed it 8 days ago and still no results.

The worst experience ever. The staff are super rude and very unprofessional. At first I’ve been ask to wear a mask (not required by law anymore but whatever), when I asked if they have an extra one, the lady screamed “nooo and we are not gonna see you without it”…ok, luckily I had one in the car and when came back, been ignored for a good 30min, I guess bc I missed my turn, but no one was inside or in the waiting room. Finally made it inside (I wish I never did lol). It was the most painful experience in my life, my arm was swollen for 2 days and I couldn’t lift it up, it followed by a huge bruise…the worst part about it, I think she did this on purpose bc when I mentioned that it was very painful she just sarcastically smiled and walked away. So please either change your staff or traine them better. Never be back!!!

This company does not provide any confirmation of the shipping address when you place an order. They then sent it to the wrong address, and tried to convince me I had entered it incorrectly. I didn't. I have screenshots that I shared with them, and they completely dismissed me.

I asked for a consult with a doctor. I had prepaid for this consult as part of my testing package. The doctor would randomly call me. They gave me a four hour block, told to me with one seconds of notice (literally) that I had to clear my schedule to be available for this random call from the doctor. I tried to make an appointment with the doctor, I made one, and then this never happened. The doctor would also call me, in these random calls, when the call would not be confidential or HIPAA compliant as i was in public places.
