Very quick results but otherwise just ok.
Fairly smooth but location very hard to find even with GPS. The wait time was short with an appointment. Person who drew the blood not as good as other places I have been. Experienced people don't have that much trouble finding a vein. Results where available the very next day which is faster than other places.

They do the job just fine and prices are competitive
Suggestion: In the test results, point to web pages with background and interpretation information distilled and translated from the studies and such that web searches find. Suggestion: Review the saliva test instructions. Sorry, I forget what triggers memory that they could be improved.

Provided desired test
Provided desired test; little confusing as to where I should get the test (could have been my own mix-up); prompt service upon arrival; could have been a little gentler in drawing blood. All in all, a good experience.

Website was easy to navigate and select…
Website was easy to navigate and select the test I wanted. The price was the best, although I didn't like the added $10 lab fee that wasn't advertised that others don't charge and made the price more in line with other competitors. The lab experience was not great but I understand that's what it is and out of their control. It was good to get a call several days later with the results.
