I requested my tests online and received a lab requisition from Health Testing Centers in my email soon after. I setup a lab appointment online according to the instructions provided in Health Testing Center's email. I was email my results within a couple of days of requesting the tests. The price of the tests was a lot less than what I paid last year (with my high deductible insurance) when I got them done through a physician. I paid for it out of pocket.

The service was fast...no parking gotta come early to find some

Found navigating the web site difficult, but once appointment was made most things went smoothly. I arrived early and was ushered in even before I had my coat off. Phebotomist was friendly, professional, and had a nice touch of humor. The only drawback to this visit was the it was hard to find the location (entrance is not on Kingshighway) & walking up the ramp to the parking lot entrance was very hard for someone with arthritis. it was delightful to find results in my INBOX by the next morning

Overall the service was great, fast , efficient. There was just a little communication missing, on the staffs part, on instructions for a sample to have a accurate test result.

There was only one actual person we interacted with at all, and that was the phlebotomist. She was very friendly, efficient and skilled. The appt making process was a pain, many accounts to open, passwords, etc- and the pdf didn’t download on my phone. I contacted customer service via chat line about it, and they responded pretty quickly, but didn’t have any advice for a smartphone. I Ultimately got it off my laptop. I wanted to have the results sent to my doctor, but there absolutely no Human available via phone for that , so I faxed it old school. Which was a pain.

It was a long wait at the Lab and hard to check in. Other then that all went well.
