Everything is best in Testfi
Everything is best in Testfi, their tester support is very fast, I ordered my first withdraw and now I received it. I am happy.

TestFi is a crowdtesting marketplace. You post your app, real people test it on their own phones, and the feedback usually comes back within a day. Share a TestFlight link, an APK, or a web URL. Testers from our pool use the app and send either a written report or a screen recording where they talk through what they are doing, including where they get stuck. Every session is scored by AI, so you can tell which reports found something real and which ones just tapped around for two minutes.Pricing is per tester: $3.99 for written feedback, $5.99 for a screen recording. No subscription, no minimum order, nothing to install in your app. There is also a Google Play closed testing bundle at $39.99. New personal developer accounts have to run a closed test with 12 testers opted in for 14 days in a row before Google lets them publish. We put 16 real testers on your track, so a few can drop and you still have 12. If fewer than 12 are still opted in on day 14, we run it again at no cost. Each tester checks in on day 7 and day 14 with notes on what they did in the app.So far 2,200+ testers have run 1,400+ sessions and logged more than 3,500 issues. Most people cannot see the rough edges in something they built themselves. That is the whole reason this exists.

We used TestFi for our app's testing phase, and the experience was seamless from start to finish. Setting up campaigns is very easy, and managing tester activity is straightforward. Truly a great platform for developers.

Thank you! Glad campaign setup and keeping track of testers felt easy, that is exactly the part we try hardest to keep simple. Good luck with the launch, and we are here whenever the next build is ready. Can, founder of TestFi

TestFi provided the service I paid for. My first experience was a little rocky, but they were very helpful in getting me going and went above and beyond by kindly replacing some testers when they didn’t have to. I really appreciated their help and kindness throughout the process.

Thank you, glad it came together. Getting a closed test to twelve active testers can be fiddly the first time, and we'd rather replace a few seats than see you miss Google's fourteen days. Good luck with the launch. Can, TestFi

After a few hurdles, i got my testing done. They are very open to input and any required changes. I was impressed with the service and i will use them again.

Thanks for sticking with it, Matthew, and for the input along the way. A lot of what developers tell us ends up changing how TestFi works, so it genuinely helps. Glad the testing got done, and looking forward to the next one. Can, founder of TestFi

Does it actually work? Yes. Was it worry free? No. Was it set and forget? No. Testers do not put in much effort, but it gets you past the testing period and some of them did give some decent feedback. Was it worth it? Yes. But it felt a little scammy at first but once you’re rolling they make sure it completes correctly, so for that I would recommend it for a solo developer. $40 isn’t bad

Thanks for the honest review, Rhys, this kind is the most useful one to read. You are right that the first days feel quiet: seats fill in a few hours, but getting everyone actually installed takes a couple of days, and nothing much looks like it is happening until then. On effort, check-ins now ask every tester what they actually did in the app, and from November a note that does not describe real use is not paid. Glad it got you through, and thank you for recommending it. Can, founder of TestFi
