You should implement a clear warning or an automated address validation check at checkout to prevent customers from entering P.O. boxes in the first place, saving both sides unnecessary delays and friction. Far more importantly, the product failed to produce a valid result. I adhered strictly to every detail in your instructions by heating the sample carefully without overheating, shaking the bottle thoroughly for a complete mix, verifying the temperature was solidly within range, and submitting the sample to the facility well under an hour after final preparation. Despite 100% compliance with your protocol, the lab returned the sample as "Invalid." While technically not reported as an outright positive or fail, an invalid result carries the exact same consequences in practice, and this outcome cost me a massive professional opportunity. Given your advertised 99% success rate, either the formula's chemical profile is triggering modern lab validity flags, or your batch consistency has serious quality-control issues. Your fulfillment team resolved the shipping issue, but the product itself did not hold up under standard testing conditions despite being used exactly as directed. Your team needs to investigate this formulation against current lab validity standards and implement a failsafe at checkout.

Product got to me quickly. I utilized the test clear product using clear instructions today. Passed my test. Got a killer new job.Just beware the toe warmers. They were keeping my product over 102 degrees. So had to cool down before going in.

🎉 Delivery arrived when expected 🎉 Product consistently serves its purpose 🤔 Sometimes I have difficulty getting the product out of the tube. Might be improved if the tube was more flexible/squeezable. I will also look for a better tool/strategy for extraction.
