Hi Santino, we are sorry to hear that you feel that way. We try to be as clear as possible on our pages so that there is no confusion about what you order from us. It looks as though your order took a total of 3 business days, as we stated online and that the item you ordered to test was exactly what you got. You ordered a total testosterone test which is exactly what you got and if you wanted both markers we do carry a panel for that for an extra 10 dollars, you would just need to order that instead. BioReference is a lab we use in NY/NJ and has nothing to do with boosting sales. If there is anything we can do here, please reach out to support and we can look at your account further to see what we can do to make this right for you.
