Such a cool experience! I rented the S Model Tesla as a surprise for my husband's birthday. He was psyched to drive the car and was so impressed with it. Rei was super responsive throughout the process of making the reservation. Pick up and drop off of the car were super easy. The car was in perfect condition and was such an experience to drive! I rented the Model S as one of many surprises for my wife on our 17th anniversary. I love Tesla’s but have only test driven one. Being able to drive one and have that be our chariot for the night outshined 16 previous anniversaries. It truly set the classy tone for a classy lady and event. Our experience with Tesla Rents was super. Rei and his team were friendly, helpful and very responsive. I wanted to change the model I reserved and adjust the drop-off time - the team was accommodating. The day before pickup, we were emailed instructions with location, key code and a video. The written instructions were thorough! We did schedule a test drive at the Tesla store in the Prudential mall months earlier so we had a pretty good idea of what to expect - I recommend it if you’d like an in-person walkthrough. The pickup location was a 5 minute walk from either the St Mary stop on the C line or BU Central Stop on the B line, making it convenient by public transport. If you expect to drive in the snow, ask for a snow brush - we happened to park indoors so didn’t need one, but noticed there wasn’t one in the trunk. For a small fee, the ez pass was included; the supercharging station was free. We watched 40mins of Netflix and were close to fully charged. Overall, a wonderful drive for our weekend getaway - would definitely recommend!

I have been coming back again and again (12 times since spring last year!). By now I probably rented most of their models multiple times and I couldn't be more happy with the service, communication, cars and overall experience. Looking forward to my next time.
