Communication not good
I ordered a "Wireless Phone Charger for Tesla Model 3" a month ago. The item is not shipped after a month and I got no information and support is not answering to my e-Mails. I sent 3 e-Mails in the last weeks. At first it looked like a scam. --> Update: After 3 e-Mails and this review, they answered. They promise to send in 3 days. --> Update: item arrived after 1.5 months. Item is good and as promised. So, remaining bad experience is the missing communication in the first 3 weeks and after 3 e-mails sent and the long delivery period. They did not communicate that it is delayed because of stock shortage.
